The Art of Upcycle
Okay, I am having a blast right now doing what every self-respecting DIY enthusiast loves; repurpose, recycle, reuse, reclaim and reduce. But, this isn’t just another ordinary day in my workshop. I am in the process of taking DIY to DIWise with my second book, The Art of Upcycle. This book is the embodiment of all my passions and is filled with 30 extraordinary projects that are perfect for home interiors of every description. From the student dorm to a first apartment to the two-story brownstone downtown, this book has a project for absolutely everyone. And besides, how much more fun can you have than recycling everyday objects into brilliant accessories for your home while saving money and our planet.
Akemi and I are working on all the step-by-step shots right now. The book will be released January 2010. I will be debuting the Bodo Boler and The Art of Upcycle at Home and Garden Shows across the west early next year. Watch for upcoming event postings for an appearance
